If you are expecting a room shining with chrome and full of barbells, a bar and/or sauna, we will have to disappoint you. Just as well as the school isn’t a pseudo-chinese copy of a Shaolin-Tempel. It’s a school that has practical equipment (heavy bags, focus gloves) guarenteeing classes that are physically, emotionally and mentally of high quality.
We believe in quality rather than quantity. This is confirmed by our success. Thats why we have no groups with more than 25 students. Our weekend courses usually only have 2 to 8 students.
